Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Returns requested for size issues or personal preferences are not accepted unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
How to Initiate a Return

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo/video proof (in case of damage or wrong item)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credit it to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or washed garments
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or discounted items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
We will deliver an exchange product within 5days
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
